American Strawberry Bush (Euonymus americanus)

I’m a shrub and native to NY state

 

I'm endangered in NY

 

I have very interesting seeds, which gives me my common name

 

I live in the understory, along creeks, and on wooded slopes. 

 

My seed was sustainably collected and carefully nurtured by Dawn Bernd-Steffes. 20% of my sales goes to the Finger Lakes Native Plant society in honor of Dawn.
